This is a high quality VGA to PAL Converter. It is so good you are able to Record the output to Either VHS or DVD. Suits VGA Horizontal Freqs from 24 Khz to 48 Khz and also Vertical Frequency from 50 Hz to 100 Hz. Output is either Composite Video, S-Video or RGB. It can be in either PAL or NTSC, so it would suit Overseas users as well. (BUT the Power supply is 240 Volt, so you would need to source a Local product to power it if your in USA).
